Why stronger family bonds are key to tackling ageing challenges
There’s something special about the way we value our families. We’re all familiar with the cosy Sunday roast dinners, long chats over a cup of tea, and all the enduring traditions that bring us together. But, as our loved ones age, it becomes even more crucial to maintain those connections and make an even bigger effort to engage with them.
As our ageing population increases, more and more people are running into the issues that can come with it. Loneliness and isolation for example being a major issue for those in their later years.

This included digital rotas and care diaries through the use of apps.
