Self Directed Support
Self Directed Support is about people being in control of the care or other supports they need to live the life they choose. We can provide a one stop shop for information about self-directed support and we can also provide you with the care supports you might need.
Specialised Care
We offer specialised, compassionate and supportive care for people with Complex Care needs, Palliative and End of Life care needs, including supports for people with Dementias and those with other life limiting health conditions.
Care at Home
We offer kind, compassionate and trusted care at home to support and improve your quality of life. Our focus is to work alongside you to develop your care supports and personal care plan to help you to achieve your life outcomes. Our goal is to help people regain their independence by providing a range of services that support self-management, healing and reduce the risk of hospitalisation.
Self Directed Support
Self Directed Support is about people being in control of the care or other supports they need to live the life they choose. If you use social care services then you can buy your own care supports with a budget you are given by social services. We can provide a one stop shop for information about self-directed support and we can also provide you with the care supports you might need.
